GUARANTEED SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Souhegan Cycleworks, you may return the item for exchange, replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in original condition and not used or installed and must be in original packaging. Installed parts will not be accepted for return (unless for warranty). There are no returns on food, videos, closeouts or custom orders.

WARRANTIES

Souhegan Cycleworks extends manufacturer warranties to original purchasers only. Manufacturer policies and procedures may vary. Labor charges on warranty work is not covered by manufacturers warranty. Shipping of warranty items both ways is not covered by manufacturers warranty.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We try very hard to get your order right the first time. However, if there is an item missing or we delivered to you the incorrect item, please follow this procedure: Call Customer Service. Return the item to:

Labor charges are not refundable on custom bicycle assembly or wheel builds.

All returns for refund, exchange or replacement must be made within 30 days of purchase and in an unused or uninstalled condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise. Please include all original manufacturers packaging and your receipt or poof of purchase. We do not accept returns on used merchandise other than for Warranty Authorization.

All returns must be shipped pre-paid, we do not accept COD If we are at fault, we will refund your shipping expenses. Handling, packaging and other fees are not covered. Please ship by ground.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. All items are sold in US Dollars. We do not accept personal or business checks or Money Orders. For security purposes, you may need to provide the credit card number, expiration date, security code on reverse of card, and billing address.
