It's Not Too Late. Get In Shape TODAY!

With about 8 weeks left before the outdoor riding season kicks off in force, there's still plenty of time to get yourself ready for this Spring. Our Indoor Training Classes are designed to bring your fitness up to a level where you'll be strong when you get back in the saddle again.

Indoor riding is not always thought of as being fun. With our classes, “Fun” is what it's all about! With other folks to ride with, disco lights, a great sound system and rides that simulate real-world riding, a 1 hour class flies by and you may even say... “that was fun!”

You'll get to experience some of our Monday night shop rides including our Mason to Purgatory loop, Federal Hill to Center Road and Jennison Road to Christian Hill. We also travel to some classic locations including Durango Colorado for the Iron Horse Classic, Belgium for the Tour of Flanders, and a ride along the rolling country side of Germany and France as we follow the route for Stage 3 of the 2007 Tour de France.

We ride on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:30am. Our Monday class is a 40 minute workout with less efforts as compared to the other classes. All other classes are 55 – 75 minutes in length.

Our Indoor Riding class is reasonably priced at $7 a class which includes a trainer and bike storage. You can also purchase a punch card good for 10 rides for $50 (if you don't use all the punches, they can be used just like cash at the store or you can use the card next year!). Your first ride is on us so you can see if our style of Indoor Training is right for you. Trainers are a first come first serve (we have NEVER turned away a rider in 7 seasons!). We have 1 Indoor Training Cycle as well.

So what are you waiting for? Get off the couch and come on down. Spring will be here sooner than you realize!
