There's nothing that gets my blood boiling more than when I bring in something I own that needs repair to a service center, get an estimate on the work, and then go to pick up the item to find that the estimate was not even in the ball park and there are extra charges for things that were found during the repair work that I was not notified of before they were repaired. I suspect you feel the same way as I do.

Squeaks. On a bicycle there can be nothing more annoying then a squeak while you’re riding. Even worse is when you can’t figure out what it is. Well, I’ve had one of those squeaks on my mountain bike since about June.
