This week we continue with basically a flat ride with a Cat IV climb added in. This is a 16 mile loop that is great for an after work workout.

Welcome to our regular shop road rides. Group road rides start in April and end at the end of September. Our rides are a show and go ride (show up, get the cue sheet and go) however there are usually large groups that start out together. We split into goups including which we've named the "Fast Group" (19+ mph average), Fun Group (16mph average) and the "Really Fun Group" (13mph average) which means there's a group for every rider out there!
Join this group to find out what's going on and to interact with other Monday night riders.
Officially our earliest ever start date for our shop rides. The weather this week looks AMAZING! So outside we go! Hopefully you kept up with you training over the Winter -- err, I mean extended Spring....
Fingers crossed concerning rain tonight..

Looks like Mother Nature is going to cooperate. 74 degrees and sunny for the first shop ride of 2011!!!!! Hopefully this is a sign of things to come all summer long. See you at 5:45. Remember we pull out promptly at 6:00pm.
