Indoor Training Season 09/10

Days are getting shorter and the temps are starting to feel like fall. Must mean it's almost time to get our Indoor Training Series going...
Our super popular indoor training series is back this winter to help you stay in shape during the off season. Our workouts are tons of fun and are a little different than what you'd find at your local gym. AND WE'RE ADDING IN A BEGINNER CLASS THIS SEASON!

Our indoor rides are designed to simulate riding a bicycle outdoors. Yup, that's right. Our work outs are designed by cyclists for cyclists. In fact we go as far as designing the routine around GPS data of rides in the local area (and an occasional  out-of-area excursion).

Our indoor riding season is planned to start on Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:30pm. The first week we'll ride on Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:30pm. We'll start Saturday rides on November 14th at 8:30am.

NEW THIS YEAR ---> MONDAY NIGHT BEGINNER RIDES! These workouts will be at 6:30pm on Monday nights. The rides will be shorter and be designed for more casual riders.

The cost is $7.00 per class which includes your trainer and bike storage. You need to bring your bicycle a water bottle and be ready to ride. We have 17 rear wheel trainers that are available on a first come first serve basis. If you bring you're own trainer, you are guarenteed to ride.  You can leave your bike at the store for free if you'd like, we just ask that you store and retrieve your bike for each class

We have 1 indoor training cycle (like the gym would have) that is available at no extra cost (first come, first serve)..

The first class on 11/3/08 WILL BE A FREE CLASS (first class since March, there's bound to be some bugs).

SAVE WITH INDOOR TRAINING PUNCH CARDS! As many of the regulars know, you can purchase a 10 ride punch card and save. This season the cards are $50. That's just $5.00 per ride!

Also, we will have a new family plan for parents & children. Children under 17 ride for free (limit 1 child per parent). Parent must use a punch card to take advantage of this offer.

So what do you get when you combine GPS Data, Disco Lights and awesome music? A great work out to keep you in shape this winter!!!!!!
